Below is a step-by-step explanation of the Duty-Free Shipping process:
1.The goods will be shipped by air to our agent located in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium. Customs clearance will be completed locally, and a licensed customs broker will be entrusted to settle all relevant customs duties.
2.Following customs clearance, the parcel will be transferred to DHL or DPD for delivery.
3.DHL/DPD will deliver the goods to your designated address via a door-to-door delivery service across all EU countries.
Therefore, the total delivery time is about 12-21 days (from shipment by SakyaCarbon - customs clearance - successful delivery). So after we notify you that the order has been shipped, you just need to wait patiently; the courier will deliver it to your door, and you don’t have to worry about customs clearance or duty issues.
For customers in the US, we also offer "Free Duties Shipping". A US agent will handle customs clearance on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about duty issues either.
